Designed specifically for cleanrooms. Our 5000 Series is the ideal choice for a basic cleanroom workbench. It features a knocked
down (KD) design that when assembled has the same
anti-contamination features as an all-welded frame.
The worksurface is fully sealed (for class 100 cleanrooms) and
the worksurface support frame is installed at the
factory insuring sealed attachment points. The design includes mechanical adjustable
height leg extenders with a tubing leg seal to prevent
particle contamination.
The 5000 Series cleanroom workbenches are constructed with 1" x 3" all-welded
tubular frame, 2" x 2" tubular steel legs and 1"
x 3" tubular steel beams for maximum load capacity.
There are no dust-collecting areas on the frames.
The cleanroom worksurface features 1-3/16" solid core industrial
grade particleboard and a choice of standard or
ESD laminates. All worksufaces are sealed, with standard
laminate on the bottom. |
