The support frame is made of heavy gauge metal front, back and side supports. The front support beam is 1-1/2 inches high, increasing knee and thigh room for the operator. The worksurface is constructed of 1-3/16 inch thick high-density particle board with high-pressure laminate attached using contact cement. All worksurfaces include an ergonomic 180° rolled front edge for operator comfort.

Travel time for the full adjustment range is 32 seconds and is activated with a switch. The total weight capacity is 500 lbs. evenly distributed, which includes accessory items added to the bench. The cantilever style support pedestals increase operator range of motion and have floor glides with a one-inch adjustment range for leveling the worksurface.
